    We have a rolling educational exhibition about Madge Turner and the local Suffrage movement in Chichester. Our Patron MP Jess Brown Fuller visited the exhibition at New Park. We are growing our educational Program

    It all started with an idea, inspired by Madge Turner’s lifelong campaigning. We set out to represent underrepresented women, foster creativity, and build connections and civic pride. Working with our partner charities, we created the Madge Flag together as a meaningful legacy for the city.

    In Phase Two, we will work with children to design flowers for the statue’s plinth, a nod to Madge Turner’s book on British wildflowers.

    The Flag for the Statue is being created by Women beneficiaries from our 4 partner Charities; Stonepillow, My Sisters’ house Women’s Centre, Lifecenter and Sanctuary in Chichester. This will be exhibited for 6 months at Novium exhibition from Oct 2026. This flag will then be created in bronze for the Statue. Find out more by following us.
