[TALK] Women of the ATA: The Forgotten Pilots of World War II

During World War II, 168 women served with the Air Transport Auxiliary — flying military aircraft across Britain under the same conditions as their male counterparts. Yet their remarkable contribution remains largely unknown. In this talk, author Kevin O'Regan explores the ATA's story, with a particular focus on the women who played such a vital role.
